The Best Gift for Yourself This Holiday: A New You with Emsculpt Neo®

The Best Gift for Yourself This Holiday: A New You with Emsculpt Neo®

If your list of New Year’s resolutions includes a self-improvement component, then maybe it’s time to try Emsculpt Neo®, a non-invasive way to reduce fat and promote muscle development in your choice of 10 treatment areas. All it takes is a treatment protocol of four 30-minute sessions scheduled between 5 and 10 days apart.

At ThriveOB and Women's Wellness in Barrington, Illinois, we’re proud to offer Emsculpt Neo to patients who want to control their body’s contours. Gynecologist Dr. Jennifer Moreira and her team also recommend Emsculpt Neo for those recovering from medical conditions that impact muscle function and some circulatory issues.

Emsculpt Neo is the best gift you can give to yourself this holiday season. Start 2026 off in style by taking control over your body’s appearance and function.

What is Emsculpt Neo?

A non-surgical treatment that selectively contours your body and tones muscle tissue, Emsculpt Neo uses both high-intensity focused electromagnetic energy (HIFEM) and radiofrequency (RF) heating. This double action gives Emsculpt Neo its unique advantages.

HIFEM causes muscles in the treatment areas to contract automatically. This has the effect of working muscles far more efficiently than typical home or gym workouts.

RF energy heats fat below the skin’s surface, warming fat cells to the coagulation point, where your body recognizes the tissue as damaged and starts to flush it from your body, a process called apoptosis, a normal body process.

Together, HIFEM and RF reduce fat and build muscles, and your body shape refines and tightens notably.

Treatment areas

Emsculpt Neo has applicators that treat up to 10 areas on your body. These include:

You can design the treatment that’s right for you, focusing on the problem areas where you want results. There’s no downtime after an Emsculpt Neo treatment, so there’s no need to schedule recovery time.

Emsculpt Neo results

Because of the apoptosis process, Emsculpt Neo works at the pace of your body, and it can take up to 90 days before you see the full results of one session. However, it’s safe to have multiple treatments scheduled about a week apart.

We typically recommend three or four Emsculpt Neo sessions to meet our patients' aesthetic expectations. Though results vary between patients, you can expect to see an average of 30% subcutaneous fat loss and a 25% increase in muscle thickness in the treatment areas.

With exercise and diet, you can maintain your Emsculpt Neo treatment results indefinitely. Quarterly maintenance treatments are also an option.
